Stop the water

If a toilet is overflowing, turn the shutoff valve behind it clockwise. For a sink, stop running water and do not run the dishwasher or washing machine, which share drain lines.

Do not use chemical cleaners

They can damage pipes, create fumes and splash back when a plumber opens the line. A plunger is the safest first step.

Multiple drains backing up?

That means the main sewer line is blocked, and it can quickly become a sewer backup. Stop using all water and call us immediately.

What we do

Our clogged drain plumbers clear the line with cables or hydro jetting, camera it if needed, and leave you with flowing drains — 24/7 anywhere in Connecticut. For routine maintenance, see our drain cleaning service.
